Forward Deployed Engineer

At Relu we build autonomous operating systems that integrate directly into the operations of large organizations in critical industries. We design and implement software that automates key flows, connects fragmented processes and improves speed, control and operational intelligence.

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work close to the customer, understand high-impact operational problems and build solutions that run in production.

You'll design and implement software on top of customer data, systems and processes, integrating it directly into their operation. It's an end-to-end role with real impact and a high level of ownership.

• Design, build and deploy solutions together with customers and internal teams.
• Adapt software to each customer's workflows and needs.
• Work across the full stack: backend, frontend, databases and cloud / on-premise infrastructure.
• Integrate data, systems and business logic into robust production-ready flows.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and unblock execution.
• Lead projects from initial discovery through deployment.

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, demanding and fast-changing environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and execution.
