Deployment Strategist

We're looking for a Deployment Strategist to lead Relu deployments with our customers and make sure they deliver real business impact.

Every deployment pairs a Forward Deployed Engineer, who makes it work, with a Deployment Strategist, who makes it matter. You'll own the deployment from the first conversation to live operation and expansion.

You'll work side by side with customer teams and our engineers to connect the dots: what the data shows, what users need and where the biggest impact is.

• Go on site with customer teams to understand how the operation actually runs and find the problems worth solving first.
• Define the use cases, success metrics and business case with customer leadership.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn customer goals into delivery plans and workflows running in production.
• Lead training and adoption across the operation, and build the roadmap from the first workflow onward.
• Run demos and scope new engagements with prospective and existing customers.
• Own the relationship with strategic customers across LATAM and drive expansion: new workflows, new business units, multi-year commitments.
• Bring customer insights back to the product team to help grow the platform.

• Problem-solving leader with a can-do mindset and strong technical fluency.
• Strong commercial instincts paired with operational depth.
• Low ego and a focus on outcomes over credit.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, demanding and fast-changing environments.
• 5+ years of experience in deployment strategy, technical sales, strategy consulting, high-impact operational and technical roles, or early-stage startups.
• Portuguese + English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.
